ALL DIGITAL (formerly Telecentre Europe) is the coordinator of the project. As a pan-European network of digital competence centres counting 60 member organisations in more than 30 countries, it is best positioned to ensure that the project results are used widely by many organisations with a similar mission. We also have a long record of coordinating EU-funded projects and well-established good practices for sound project management. IASIS

“IASIS” (www.iasismed.eu) is a Greek non-governmental, non-profit organization active in the field of Social Inclusion, Empowerment and Education, providing services for several Social Vulnerable Groups, located in Athens/ Greece. Organization’s main objective is to provide psychosocial support and education to people who either belong to the range of or are at risk of exclusion, and to adult learners in the humanitarian field. For our Digital WELCOME project, IASIS will host the training activity for partners, including study visits in some of our Asylum Seekers/ Refugees Units (Sheltered Home for 70 Persons – families, Psycho-social Support Services for 220 Refugees, Host Unit for 350 asylum seekers in Athens center, Hostel for 20 unaccompanied teenagers in Piraeus, Psychosocial Service of Schiston Camp – 2.500 persons, Hostel for 100 unaccompanied children – victims of war).
IASIS provides therapeutic and consulting services to vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion. Building on this experience, it is active in the field of non-formal education.

Stiftung Digitale Chancen

Since the establishment in 2002, it is the remit of the Digital Opportunities Foundation (Stiftung Digitale Chancen, SDC) to research the social impact of digitisation, to campaign for equal access to the Internet for all people and to advance digital literacy. Our objective is digital inclusion of all societal groups and counteracting the digital divide. In the WELCOME programme the foundation is repsonsible for implementing the project in Germany, namely training young refugees to become mentors for creative IT-workshops.

Fondazione Mondo Digitale (FMD) is a non-profit foundation founded by the Municipality of Rome and 5 ICT companies. It works for an inclusive knowledge society by blending innovation, education, inclusion and fundamental values. Its mission is to promote social learning, social innovation and e-inclusion, with special attention to categories at risk of social exclusion. FMD operates at local, national and international level encouraging the inclusive use of ICT in different sectors: Education for life, Educational Robotics, Active Ageing and Intergenerational Solidarity, Social Innovation and Young Entrepreneurship and Integration of migrants & refugees.
Since 2002 Fondazione Mondo Digitale has been running several projects in different areas promoting the inclusive use of ICT for the integration of migrants, asylum seekers and refugees: our work is based on an innovative approach that combines collaborative and social learning processes and an integrated education model to develop key and soft skills.
Within the WELCOME Programme, FMD will contribute with its practices of inclusive use of ICT, will participate to the development of the programme and will pilot it.

Colectic uses non-formal education in IT, social skills and intercultural dialogue to improve the situation of communities and citizens’ groups, with focus on disadvantaged groups such as migrants. Colectic promotes independence through participatory methodologies and the development of youth groups based on ICTrelated interests. Colectic works for the government of Catalonia, transferring know-how to telecenters, public employees and NGOs.

The Association Study Center City of Foligno (www.cstudifoligno.it) is a training agency active since the year 2000 in the territory of the Municipality of Foligno. It is a non-profit private organization whose founding members are the Municipality of Foligno, the Province of Perugia, the Umbria Region, the University of Perugia and the local bank Foundation.
During the last 17 years, CSF has offered ESF training courses to more than 15.000 citizens of the Umbria Region. Moreover, starting from 2002, CSF has participated in more than 30 European educational projects as both coordinating and partner organization.
In particular, within the scope of the WELCOME Programme:
