The aim of the WELCOME programme is to exchange best practices between the partner organisations and beyond. Partners have different, but complementary expertise. Some are specialised in digital inclusion of disadvantaged target groups, others in working with refugees and asylum seekers.
The first phase of the project was to share good practices, from each partner’s own experience, but also from their country in general, to take stock of what already exists and what the gaps are. The best practices we collected were used as a basis to develop our innovative approach to include vulnerable 3rd country nationals through creative IT workshops and volunteering.
The Best Practices Report is a collection of the most relevant practices we identified, with comments on their usefulness and adaptability.
